Yes. All coaching is available in fluent English — from your first intake to every training session. Our team also includes a native French-speaking trainer. You don't need to speak a word of Dutch.
Personal training starts at €72 per session, depending on frequency (1x, 2x or 3x per week). Duo training starts at €42.25 per person, and flexible 10-session cards are available. See the prices below.
We're at Zeverijnstraat 24D, 1216 GK Hilversum, with free parking right outside. It's a short drive from Bussum, Naarden, Laren, Blaricum, Huizen and Loosdrecht, and easy to reach by public transport from Hilversum station.
We discuss your goals, training background and any injuries, do a short physical screening, and show you around the studio. It takes about 30 minutes, is completely free, and comes with no obligations — all in English.
Absolutely. Most of our members started with no training experience. Your trainer teaches you proper technique, builds up gradually, and adapts everything to your level. No judgement, no ego.
Yes. Our trainers are experienced in training around injuries and physical limitations. We coordinate with your physiotherapist or doctor where needed and adjust the program so you get stronger safely.
No Ego Fitness is a private studio, not a big-box gym. Every session is fully coached, your progress is tracked with data, and you train in a calm environment without crowds, mirrors or gym egos.
Yes. Our small group sessions (max. 6 people) are coached in English whenever international members join — a budget-friendlier alternative with the same level of guidance.
